Join us as we honor celebrate freedom, creative expression, and community.
Come create, observe, and honor expression in all its forms. Leave inspired, grounded, and connected through art.
More than a workshop — a celebration of liberation through creativity.
We’ll begin with a series of short poses to loosen up and build momentum, then transition into a longer pose for deeper focus and exploration. Light music will play in the background, and tea will be available to keep the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable.
